Prospective home buyers rely on the web to identify houses they wish to see, which means you simply MUST have fantastic photos to get visitors through your door. National Association of Realtor research indicates that staged homes sell faster and for more money than their un-staged counterparts. If you’re serious about selling your home, staging is a must.
As much as possible, I work with the furniture and accessories you already have, strategically rearranging them, bringing in critical items and making recommendations for upgrades to help your house show at its very best.
As an organizer, I’m not above “getting my hands dirty” to de-clutter your house. I do not have an inventory of rental items so I have no incentive for adding unnecessary items. My goal is to make your house as widely appealing as possible for as little financial investment as possible.
